It is HELL. Anything goes (except griefing). The only way to access the nether is through the Nether portal at spawn. You cannot make a separate nether.
Important Notes:
PvP is enabled. Anything goes in the Nether. It fits the environment.
You share the same inventory as main world. So be careful of what you bring.
